PT

I’ve been going to physical therapy again to help get my shoulders in better shape.  I have trouble with them from time to time.  My right shoulder has the most problems though.  I have had tendonitis in it and it flares up now and then though not as bad as the first time. I over use my shoulders for obvious reasons and as a result I get go have a shoulder tune up ever now and then.  It’s a bit like being part car.  Ever 300,000 miles I need a tune up so I don’t break down while driving.  Yet another reason why health care is so important.  I do stretches and exercises on my own but PT is a necessity from time to time and its not free.  One might even say that the attempts of very conservtive polititians to cut medicare is in a sense ableistic policy.  The private sector doesn’t like pre existing conditions so the public option is my only viable recource. I’m lucky to have medical but if they destroy it I wouldn’t have many options.

I don’t really know where I’m going with this other than it was just on my mind at the moment.  My shoulder has been hurting a bit today so it’s on my mind.  My next appointment for PT is on Tuesday.  I don’t have many more visits left but at least I get a few.  I have to take it easy on my shoulders so they’re good to go for school.
